 The President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), Mumbai Mr. Tajinder Singh Tiwana is a progressive thinking, and a vibrant Youth leader of Malad. He is a graduate of commerce & presently pursuing graduation in law.

 Since the age of a child, Tajinder is involved in social work. He also played a key role in the development and execution of several successful programs to foster harmony as well as national integration within the Malad region.

 As a social worker with a passion, He is aware of the pulse of the area and works harmony with the opinions of the people considering their issues in the same way as his.

 He joined politics with an aim to serve the people. He believes in leadership where it is said that the "Leader knows the way, goes the way and shows the way" therefore that he leads from the front and has good relations with the other members of his team.

 For Tajinder his father, his late grandfather Lieutenant-Commander Hari Singh Tiwana Ji is his ideal. He was a member in the Indian Navy. While fighting the Covid pandemics for months and months, he was wholeheartedly engaged day and night helping the residents in Mumbai He believes this is the greatest satisfaction in his entire life.

 He is a member of a large family of social workers with a reputation for excellence who have been working for the well-being of Malad residents for more than three decades.

 Both of his parents Shri Satnam Singh Tiwana Ji , and Smt Jaya Satnam Singh Tiwana Ji had served the people of Malad in the capacity of Municipal Councillors.

 His mother Smt Jaya Tiwana who is currently a Municipal councilor elected from Ward 47 also served as chairman of the P/North Municipal Office for two term.

 His parents have dedicated their lives to social welfare. Through this, they helped mold Tajinder into a youth leader with a strong inclination towards social work.

 He is always working in tandem with his parents in solving issues in the ward to ensure the benefit of all people.

 In his election as the President of BJYM in the year 2019, his responsibilities widened beyond the boundaries of Malad to encompass the entire city of Mumbai which he's taking on with the same enthusiasm and making a mark for younger leaders to follow.
